Natacha Atlas is one of Belgium's most famous singers. Born March 20, 1964, Atlas grew up in Laken, Brussels and, later, in Northampton, England. She is fluent in Arabic, French, English, and Spanish and uses all of them in her music. She is best know for mixing Arabic music with electronic and hip-hop music. Natacha's discography contains two compilation albums, nine studio albums and numerous singles. Her career includes collaborations with numerous other artists, and her vocals are featured on several film soundtracks.

Diaspora

Diaspora is Natacha's debut album. Released in 1995, this recording was well received across Belgium and the Netherlands. It is best known for the single, 'Dub Yalil'. The Japanese edition of the album also contains three bonus tracks.

Ayeshteni

Ayeshteni is Natacha's first album of the new millennium. Containing the hit "I Put a Spell on You", it climbed into the top fifty on the album charts in Belgium and France. It also features Natacha's signature electronic style.

Mounqaliba

Mounqaliba is the latest release from the acclaimed European artist. Available on CD and as a digital download, this album showcases the maturity of Natacha's talent. Critics proclaimed this her best album to date.

Natacha Atlas draws from her Judaeo-Islamic heritage to inform her music. She uses her vocals as a platform to advocate for peace and acceptance between Islam and Judaism. She continues to champion this cause in her capacity as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Conference Against Racism. The future looks bright for this talented performer.
